Made from 65Mn or 40#Steel and fully hardened these ER collets are ideal for many machining applications including boring, milling, reaming, tapping and grinding. The outer circle ,inner hole and the end face can be grinded many times, reaching Ra0.4, which has a mirror effect.Grinding process is adopted for the hollow slot of cylinder clamp, which is more suitable for high-speedmachining.
